personnel are an integral part of the regional property
underwriting team.
Their principal role and
function is to conduct risk assessments to assist
underwriters in their risk selection.
Our Property Loss Control
Programme is called the 'AAA Programme'. This
unique service has been designed to help our customers
protect their assets and profit earning ability by
minimising risks to their businesses.
The 'AAA Programme'
reviews twenty five safety areas covering management
controls and equipment. Performance ratings range from
AAA to A, with AAA the highest. Where ratings
are not 'AAA' we clearly set out the necessary action
required to achieve the best standard.
